Each home is considered a unique product and staged to its greatest potential.  Although inventory is re-used, each home’s characteristics are studied and décor items are chosen based on the individual project – not what furniture and accessories are on-hand when the project begins.

We know that time is of the essence.  A vacant project bid can usually be completed within 2 to 3 days of the property visit.  Actual staging can normally begin within 7 to 10 days from bid acceptance.

We understand how important flexibility and price are, and that some budgets are tight. That is why we make every effort to give our clients the best project outcome for a price they can afford.  If we feel that funds are better spent on purchases other than staging, we say so.  Our goal is to help our Realtors and clients present the best product to the consumer.
